This has to be one of my favourite dresses, it's from Asos and I'm sure you already know why. 

The print and style are all me, sometimes I think if I had over a hundred fit and flare dresses in different prints, my life would be so much easier. 

I'd be like Karl Lagerfeld, Mark Zuckerberg and Anna Wintour with 'uniforms'. 

My fit & flare dresses would be Mark's grey t-shirt and jeans, Anna's shift dresses and Karl's constant monochrome style that you'd see inspires some of Janelle Monae's choices as well.
