On Saturday, the 21st of November, I attended a mini event at a new Parisian-themed pastry shop called La Brioche with my sisters. You must have seen my post on instagram, a brunch at La Brioche is what Saturdays are made of. The setting is perfect for a date with your girlfriends, especially for a bridal shower event.
I'm definitely an accessories kind of girl, statement necklace here or a printed scarf there. Sometimes these accessories are what make my outfit or give it that extra something it needs to pull the look together. However, I have a soft spot for bags.
This jacket I got from Zara ages ago has to be one of my favourite things. It's thin enough to layer in Nigeria and I love the print & colours as well. Thinking of dressing it down with a simple black maxi dress and just have the jacket make a statement.
Just before fashion week started I'd done a sleeveless jacket series, wearing mine in three different ways. It is safe to say I was clearly "in the spirit" as my people would say, you can only imagine my excitement when I saw it on the runway from various designers this year.

Hey you! Feels like it's been ages, hope you're well. I've been quite busy this past week but I'm so happy I got to attend LFDW this year and experience it from the other side.
The last time I went for fashion week with Xclamations, I was working back stage for the most part of it managing our show and I didn't really get to enjoy the other shows as well as I'd have wanted to. But this year was totally different, I went everyday after work lol.
