What is it with your 20s?

I follow a lot of blogs and this week was all about your 20s... I'm going to be 21 in May so of course I found it all interesting and they were definitely a lot of things I could learn from. Just incase you're curious, read them here and here. I believe we can all learn a thing or two even if you aren't in your 20's.
So how's everyone doing? It's friday tomorrow and I'm bitter sweet about it, like I've been for a lot of other things in my life right now. Saw my exam timetable and graduation date this week and it made me even more anxious and scared. Not in that shit-just-got-real kinda way cuz it was real ever since, but in a more exciting way now, I've always hated academic education like I've really never been a school person so I'm just excited to get it over with. The fear is still there but I'm just trying to focus all that energy on all the work I have to do before time runs out, shout out to my optimist still. No more negative thinking, positive energy only! You guys should try it too, apparently it helps... I'm still waiting on some results and I'll get back to you on that!
Picked up another novel after The Spider King's Daughter (read my review on that book here) and now I'm reading The Thing Around Your Neck by Chimamanda Adichie and so far I'm loving it. I find that reading novels gets me in the mood to read actual uni stuff so I've been trying to read a lot lately especially as it was on my list of goals for 2013. Funny thing is my dad told me he does that ages ago but I never understood it till now, the apple really doesn't fall too far from the tree. :)
What else is going on... Have a little soiree to attend this weekend so that should be fun for blog content, honestly I'm pretty boring these days but I've made up my mind to do my best, get dolled up and have fun!
